My bungalow is approaching 15 years old, we back on to a rural area and the roof was covered in moss and algae. I asked roof seal for a recommendation and a quote. Tom inspected my roof and advised a good bio clean and two coats of Acrylic seal will have your roof like new. He was correct. Roof Seal did a great job. I also got them to chemically soft wash my white pebble dash. The difference was incredible. The whole house looks like it was built yesterday. Roof seal were thorough, tidy and patient. Waiting for a weather window to allow the work to be done properly. All in all a very professional job. I am delighted.

Roof seal did a professional job on our large roof which was very badly covered in thick moss. They cleared up very well afterwards and have certainly transformed the appearance of our roof. The only very small negative is that they mention that they repair any broken tiles. They did have to do this for one tile but since they have repaired with mortar rather than replaced the tile it does not look as good as if the tile were replaced. Worth discussing how they will fix any broken tiles up front. Apart from this small point am very happy with work done. I attach photo of house showing perfectly cleaned roof and one tile repaired with mortar.

We requested a quote for cleaning the pebble dash at the front of our house. The quote was delivered within 30 minutes. On acceptance we were told thar the works could proceed the next day due to a cancellation which suited us perfectly. The installers turned up on time and explained how they would proceed with the works. Everything went as discussed and the whole area was cleaned with all materials removed. We would thoroughly recommend Roof Seal Scotland to everyone looking for external roof and building works.

Had been meaning to get my roof cleaned of moss for a while. Contacted Tom at Roof Seal, who provided a reasonable quote. The team arrived on the day arranged and proceeded to carry out an excellent job. It's a messy job, but everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. This included a quick hose down of my car as I had failed to move it far enough away! Roof now looks good as new. Would recommend this company.

I can echo all of the positive testimonials; the job was done quickly and the guys tidied up as advertised and it was competitively priced too. They cleaned roof line stuff, the sides of a dormer and fixed tabs dislodged by storms. This is a company to trust.

Speedy response from Tom to initial enquiry, followed by an email confirming work to be done and cost. Estimated time given for the job was accurate, Tom contacted me on 15/02 to advise the team would be at the house between 9.30 - 10.00 on the 16th. They arrived at 9.30 and completed the job within the day. The roof looks almost brand new, we are very happy with all aspects of the service provided.

I recently hired Roof and Seal team for roofing, gutters, and window cleaning, and I am honestly so pleased with the whole experience. From the very beginning, the communication was clear and professional. Tom was great at confirming everything and keeping me updated, which made the whole process feel organised and worry free.

What really impressed was that they were able to turn up on a very short notice. Even with the tight timing, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. They arrived exactly when they said they would and got straight to work.

The attention to detail was excellent. The roofing and gutter work was done carefully and properly, and nothing felt rushed. You can tell they take pride in their work.

Overall, the team was punctual, professional, and easy to deal with from start to finish. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and quality service.

Danny and Steven turned up bang on time and cracked on with the work even though it was really cold (work done in January)
They even cleaned our windows and path!
They were really friendly and treated our property with respect and care.
Very happy with their work and I would highly recommend their services.

Cleaning the unsightly wall render on our house
Having found Roofseal online I spoke to Tom on the phone to get a quote and was reassured the he could do the job in a day and would be in touch as soon as we had a suitable weather window in our area. Subsequently, he phoned up about a week later to say the he would be up the following day. He and his apprentice arrived promptly in the morning and quickly set about cleaning off the algae and dirt from all the house walls, guttering, down pipes and woodwork restoring the look of the house to what it looked like 21 years ago.We are delighted with the result and recommend his services.

The lads were there on time and even aware of my night shift schedule so got to work with out disturbing me they were polite and grafted from the minute they got there. Clean the moss and other growths off the roof of the house and soft wash the render on the walls.
We had booked Roof Seal to clean and treat our roof. Once they were on site also we agreed to have the walls soft-washed, as that was a job we were going to arrange for later. Both jobs were excellent. A great team that worked very quickly and had the outside of the house transformed by early afternoon. The roof cleaning generated a lot of mess that as all cleared up, leaving everything tidy. The difference the cleaning has made to the tiles of the roof is remarkable, and the pale render of the walls looks a lot cleaner and brighter. We are very glad to have asked Roof Seal to do these jobs.

Roof clean to get rid of many years of moss, fungi, and dirt.
Thomas at the office advised me of when the men would arrive and spot on. There was many years of moss and dirt on the roof but the amount the 2 tradesmen removed from my roof amazed me! I was very impressed with the way they both men went about cleaning up, gathered up the moss and dirt, hosed all areas on the ground and even the neighbours car in their driveway. Roof looks super and had the roof sprayed to protect against the growth of moss, fungi and lichens.

Tom came over and deep cleaned the roof on the house and garage removing moss and all white spots
For some reason, my dad-in-law didn't get the roof cleaned when the rest of the estate did a group effort and I have to say that I am glad he didn't. Tom came in at 7:50 and by 15:00, the roof was like new. Added to this, the price was VERY competitive and the results far exceeded our expectations. He was very clear in presenting what options were available to us and we got exactly what we paid for. In this day of Brexit and jobs being expensive and unreliable, I have no hesitation in recommending the company to my family and friends. Well done, Tom.

Both of roofs look brand new and you can really see the difference. Tom and his team also cleaned up our gardens and our windows due to the dirt that had came off the roofs. We would both highly recommend them for anyone looking to get work done.

Clean paving slabs in gardens
I was very pleased with the work done by this company. They completed the job exactly to my specification. Very good value for money and no mess left to clean up by myself. The telephone communication was very polite and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Render softwash cleaning
Tom at Roof Seal provided a professional service that was competitively priced. Easily contactable, he thoroughly explained the process of the work he was going to carry out to make sure I understood the work he was carrying out before I booked their services. Tom and his team arrived on time and were very courteous to our neighbours, making them aware of the work he was carrying out before doing so. The results of the service were brilliant, our Render looks brand new and was beyond what I expected. A prompt professional service providing results beyond expectation, at a competitive...

Roof Cleaned, fungicide application and coating applied
Very impressed not only with the quality of the work done but also the communications coming from Tom regarding quote, providing updates and completing the works in the time period originally given, good to see someone who takes pride in his work and left with me with very little cleaning up to do upon the works being completed, would highly recommend this company going forward.

Roof cleaned and sealed and back wall painted
I had used Roof Seal Scotland 17 years ago at a previous property and I was impressed by their work then. I did not hesitate to contact them when thinking about getting this work done now. Tom and Danny did a really good job. They worked efficiently to finish the work within the timescale. They cleaned and tidied carefully afterwards. I would recommend this company.
